How do I earn Airpoints™ on my order?

You can now earn Airpoints™ on your cash spend on eligible items at the Airpoints Store.

Simply sign in to your Koru Account and purchase any eligible item. You will receive your Airpoints after all items in your order are delivered. You can see if an item is eligible to earn Airpoints on the product page. For a step-by-step guide please see How to Earn Airpoints™ .

Do I need to be an Airpoints member to earn Airpoints on my purchase?

Yes, you need to be an Airpoints member to earn eligible Airpoints on your purchase. Not a member? Join Airpoints

 

How many Airpoints can I earn?

You can earn A1 per $100 NZD spent on eligible products on the Airpoints Store.

Can I earn Airpoints on all products on the Airpoints Store?

Some items are not eligible for earning Airpoints at this time. You can see if an item is excluded from earning Airpoints on product pages.



What are Airpoints only products?

Some products can only be purchased with Airpoints , you will see this indicated on the product page.

I only earned Airpoints on part of my order?

Some items are not eligible for earning Airpoints . You can see if an item is excluded from earning Airpoints on product pages. If you have purchased eligible items and have checked out using Flexipay, you will only earn Airpoints on the cash portion of your order.

 

How long will it take to receive the Airpoints I made on my order?

Airpoints are added to your Koru Account after all items in your order have been delivered. If you have ordered more than one item, your order may be split into multiple shipments. You’ll receive updates with tracking details for each shipment.

 

What happens if my order is cancelled?

If your order is cancelled, you will not earn Airpoints on the cancelled items.

 

What happens if I return part of, or my whole order?

If you return your order any Airpoints already issued on eligible products will be automatically deducted from your account. If only part of the order is returned, Airpoints will be deducted proportionally to the value of the items returned.

 

Why is my Airpoints in negative?

If an item is returned or cancelled, any Airpoints already issued will be deducted proportionally to the value of the items returned. If you have already spent those Airpoints or do not have enough Airpoints to cover the deduction, your Airpoints balance may go into negative.



Where can I see the Airpoints I’ve earned?
You can see Airpoints you’ve earned on your Order Confirmation Email, in your Order History on the Airpoints Store as well as in your Koru Account transaction history.



How can I see how many Airpoints I will earn?
You can see the amount of Airpoints that you can earn on each product page and at checkout. You will only earn Airpoints on the cash component of your order. The more cash you spend in your order, the more Airpoints you can earn on eligible products.

 

How can I claim missing Airpoints

If you have received all your items that are eligible to earn Airpoints on and you are missing Airpoints please  contact us. Or call 0800 021 777.
