What you can expect: MAKETHEMAKE’s Black Carbon Eyeliner is an intense, richly pigmented black carbon liquid eyeliner. It has a long flexible tip, making it easy to draw a perfect line around the eye. The formula lasts all day, whilst also being easy to remove with warm water and/or eye makeup remover. The eyeliner is dermatologically and ophthalmologically tested so as not to irritate the skin and eyes.

Directions: Draw a thin line along the lash line with the liner. Layer several thin lines from the outer corner of the eye and inwards to create a more marked look. Between use, keep the eyeliner stored vertically with the cap facing down.
