The Flying Fox Heli Hike on Fox Glacier is our most popular tour. This Half Day tour gives you approximately 3 hours of time on the ice, weather-permitting. You'll experience the thrill of 2 helicopter transfers and explore this remote and pristine part of Fox Glacier on foot with your knowledgeable guide.

No experience is necessary. We will provide you with the necessary outerwear and technical equipment and our highly experienced guides will lead the way down hand-cut ice steps, through spectacular ice caves, arches and tunnels and show you the amazing ice formations in this ever-changing environment. All you need to enjoy your time on the glacier is warm clothing, sun protection, snacks to keep you energised, and a sense for adventure!
