Aged for 3 months, two types of casks were hand-selected: used 14-year Murderer’s Bay Gold Rum barrels and new French Oak barrels. The resulting gin is exceptional.
Sacred Spring Barrel Aged Gin is blended and bottled at 48%. The huge oak flavour shines through with hints of sweetness drawn from the rum casks and the juniper, Manuka, and spice that is the hallmark of Sacred Spring. It is a beautiful champagne colour.
