Harvested from Blue Borage also known as Vipers Bugloss, a wild flower growing predominantly in the Marlborough and Otago regions of the South Island of New Zealand. Blue Borage has barley sugar aromas and flavours, with the deliciousness of whole comb honey but without the bits! A sweet, floral honey with a syrupy texture, and quite intense flavours.
