Smoked Salmon Portioned Fillet Box

Marvel Now is an artisan food company specialising in small batch smoked foods. Our smoked salmon is lovingly looked after throughout the smoking process. We use traditional time honoured techniques to smoke our beautiful New Zealand King Salmon sourced from the pristine waters of Stewart Island. Our salmon is smoked using a variety of wood like Pohutukawa, Manuka, Oak, and fruit tree wood. We do not use pellets, saw dust, charcoal, or anything else except solid wood and it is for these reasons our salmon is nothing like you’ve ever tried in New Zealand. See www.marvelnow.co.nz.

Our portioned salmon fillet box comes with four portions of salmon fillet no less than 180gm each, one portion of 180gm salmon dip, Marvel Now horseradish cream and house made croutons. The beauty of our salmon is that it can be served either hot or cold, as a sharing platter or main course. Included in the box we have an awesome recipe and full instructions on cooking, serving, and storing the smoked salmon either hot or cold. Only the accompaniments described above are included in the box.
