Directions:

Adult dosage:

• General Health: One capsule daily.
• Brain Health and Nervous System Support: One capsule daily.

• Mood Health: Three capsules, twice daily.
• Healthy Triglyceride Levels: Seven capsules daily.
• Blood Pressure and Joint Support: Five capsules, twice daily.

Pregnancy and breastfeeding dosage:
