Winter Soda Syrups

Six Barrel Soda Co. syrups are perfect for mixing with your home soda maker or any sparkling/soda water to make delicious, natural drinks.

The Winter Warmer Pack contains a 500mL bottle of Lemon Honey Ginger, Spiced Blackcurrant (Limited Edition) and Ginger Ale. Each bottle makes 15 drinks.

Our Lemon Honey Ginger is zesty and citrussy with a gentle bitterness and it’s not overly sweet. Use it for zesty G&Ts or for dry, grown-up non-alc drinks, or with hot water for a soothing hot drink.

Rhubarb & Juniper is our latest Limited Edition soda syrup. Made with fresh rhubarb for tartness and a pink hue, plus juniper berries and lemon juice for floral and citrus notes. Just what you need to remind you spring is around the corner.

Our Ginger Ale syrup is made from fresh ginger root for spice and a full gingery flavour, a little black pepper for heat and organic cane sugar for a rich natural sweetness. Try it with a wedge of lime or in gin, rum, vodka or American whiskey drinks.
