Chocolate Gin

Sacred Spring partnered with cocktail institution C.G.R. Merchant and Co. to make New Zealand’s first collaboration gin. We infused our dry gin with cocoa husk and rooibos tea to deliver this serendipitous drop.

A full bodied dark chocolate taste with hints of tea lingering in the background and juniper undertones. It is a truly unique drop that pushes the boundaries of gin.
