Using Queen Pineapple, a mini pineapple with a fragrant golden orange skin and bright yellow flesh which bring more sweetness and aromatics than the common pineapple. Using these pineapples in the rum which is then blended with an infusion of cassia wood and cinnamon for a well-rounded and delicious cocktail rum.
