Airpoints Store – March Big Brands Campaign Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

1. Information on how to enter the competition forms part of the conditions of entry. Entry into this promotion (the “Promotion”) is deemed as acceptance of its terms and conditions.
2. Entry into the Promotion is only open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over and who are current Air New Zealand Airpoints members.
3. Conditions of Entry: To enter, an eligible participant must visit airpointsstore.co.nz and purchase any participating brand product listed in these Terms and Conditions during the Promotional Period (as defined below). Every purchase of a participating brand product will give the eligible participant one entry into the relevant prize draw.
4. There is no limit to the number of entries per eligible participant, provided all conditions of entry are met. Purchases made during the Promotional Period and then cancelled by a participant will not be eligible for Promotion entry. Purchases made during the Promotional Period and then cancelled by a supplier will remain eligible for Promotion entry.
5. Air New Zealand Limited (the “Promoter”), its employees and their immediate families, participating agents and their associated agencies are ineligible to enter the Promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries.
6. Promotional Period: the Promotion commences 02 March 2026 at 12:01am and closes 31 March 2026 at 11:59pm (the “Promotional Period”). Entries received after this closing time will be ineligible for entry.
7. Prize Draws: One (1) prize draw will be conducted. Winners will be randomly drawn from the prize pool on 7 April 2026. Attempts will be made to notify winners using the contact details provided in the member’s Airpoints account. If the Promoter, having used reasonable efforts, is unable to contact a winner prior to 15 April 2026, then the relevant prize will be forfeited and a further draw will be conducted. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

8. Prize Details (each prize below, a “Prize”):

1. Weber Prize Draw:
    a random valid entry drawn will win a Weber Q Prize Package valued at over NZD $1,000.00, consisting of:
   - 1 x Weber Q (Q2600N+) Midnight Black LPG
   - 1 x Cookbox Scraper
   - 1 x Q Starter Pack
   - 1x Instant Read Thermometer
    

15. Prizes cannot be converted into cash and are not transferable.
16. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in Prize value.
17. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a Prize in whole (or any of its components), with a substitute prize of equal or greater value.
18. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any injury or damage to participants or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in this Promotion.
19. Neither the Promoter nor any other person or party associated with this Promotion shall be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with either participation in this Promotion or with any Prizes offered.
20. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, vary, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time in its sole discretion. Any such amendments will be effective upon publication on the Promoter’s website (or other official communication channel), and participants are deemed to have accepted the amended terms by continuing to participate.
21. The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the Promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the Promotion. Please refer to Air New Zealand’s Privacy Statement at airnewzealand.co.nz/privacy-policy regarding the storage of personal information.
