Each Airpoints Store order is dispatched direct to you from one of our retail partners. If you have an order with multiple items, these items may be dispatched from separate partners. In this instance, your order will be split into multiple orders, and will be delivered separately under different tracking numbers. You will receive a separate email notification for each order when it is dispatched, which will contain tracking information relevant to the dispatched items. For further information regarding your split order, you can log into your account, and go to My Orders to view live order status updates.

Most items are dispatched from our partners within 1-2 business days unless indicated otherwise on the delivery section on the item page.

FREE standard delivery
Standard delivery as follows is complimentary:
Metro: approximately 5 business days.
Regional: up to 8 business days.

Unless indicated on the item page otherwise, a signature will be required on delivery, so please make sure that you provide a delivery address where someone will be available to receive your goods when delivered. If no one is available to sign for the goods, the parcel will be delivered to a local post office for pick up.

Alcohol deliveries: We can not deliver alcohol products to anyone under 18 years of age. Please note the recipient will be asked for age verification photo ID on delivery of any alcohol. It is against the law for to leave restricted goods such as alcohol unattended at any address.

Rural deliveries: Please note, that for rural deliveries, a signature is not required and the order may be left at the rural address.

PO Boxes: We do not deliver to PO boxes.

Tracking your order

Simply view My Orders for the most up to date information on the status of your order. When your online purchase has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link. If you have not yet received a dispatched email notification, please be assured our partners are most likely still working hard to get your order to you.
