We offer free New Zealand wide delivery for every order! 

Dispatch Time

Most items are dispatched from our partners within 1-2 business days unless indicated otherwise in the delivery section on the product page. Online vouchers are emailed directly to you, and may take up to 2 business days. 
Please refer to the delivery section on the item page or at checkout for specific delivery information.

FREE Standard Delivery

Standard delivery as follows is complimentary:
Metro: approximately 5 business days.
Regional: up to 8 business days.

Shipping is currently only available to New Zealand street addresses.

Unless indicated on the item page otherwise, orders will be sent via tracked courier. 

Signature Required: If your order is sent with ‘signature required’ e.g for Apple orders, alcohol orders , a signature will be required on delivery, so please make sure that you provide a delivery address where someone will be available to receive your goods when delivered. If no one is available to sign for the order, a card will be left in your letterbox with further information which will include a number to call in order to make alternative arrangements. 

Alcohol deliveries: We cannot deliver alcohol products to anyone under 18 years of age. Please note the recipient may be asked for age verification photo ID on delivery of any alcohol products. It is against the law for to leave restricted goods such as alcohol unattended at any address.

Rural deliveries: Please note, that for rural deliveries, a signature is not required and the order may be left at the rural address – Apple orders are an exception where a signature is required.

PO Boxes: We do not deliver to PO boxes.

Online Vouchers

Online vouchers are emailed directly to you and can take up to 2 business days. Please refer to the delivery section on the item(s) page for more accurate information. Please note, to protect your account from any possible fraud, voucher orders go through a profiling system that highlights unusual activity. If your order is picked up by this system return, our friendly customer service team might contact you to make sure the order was really placed by you. Please just answer a few security questions to release your order.

Tracking your order

Simply view My Orders for the most up to date information on the status of your order. When your online purchase has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link. If you have not yet received a dispatched email notification, please be assured our partners are most likely still working hard to get your order to you. 
 
Please note, tracking information may not be available online for 24 hours following your order being shipped.

Orders with multiple items

Each Airpoints Store order is dispatched direct to you from one of our retail partners. If you have an order with multiple items, these items may be dispatched from separate partners. In this instance, your order will be split into multiple orders, and will be delivered separately under different tracking numbers. You will receive a separate email notification for each order when it is dispatched, which will contain tracking information relevant to the dispatched item(s). For further information regarding your split order, you can log into your account, and go to My Ordersto view order status updates.
