The Tiger Pinot Noir hails from a single vineyard nestled within the Lowburn sub-region of Central Otago. The vineyard gently ascends from the valley floor, benefiting from its elevated position and facilitating a gradual ripening process that develops intricate layers of flavour nuances and soft, velvety tannins in the wine. Lifted aromas of wild flowers and exotic spices. The palate is full and intensely red fruited. Beautiful finely grained tannins with layers of texture and power on the long calm palate.
