Margarita Laguna Necklace

The Laguna Necklace is inspired by the shape of the mangroves found at La Laguna de la Restinga in Margarita Island, back home in Venezuela.
I used to visit this magical place every summer with my family and my grandparents.
What I remember the most apart from the powdery white sand beaches was the freshwater pearl necklaces sold by foreigners to fund their travels throughout South America.
I found this absolutely fascinating and inspiring.
Pearls will always remind me of summer holidays, my grandma, balmy summer nights and bright hot days spent in the waters of The Caribbean.

• The Margarita Laguna necklace features large drop-like shaped pearls, it measures 43cm long; and is finished with a large 14ct Gold-filled clasp + extension chain.
• Each of our Margarita necklaces comes with a description card, beautifully wrapped with tissue paper in a natural cotton jewellery bag.
• PLEASE NOTE: We work with professional photographers to best capture the detail & finish of each item. A slight variation in colour, shape & texture are to be expected from freshwater pearls.
