10,000ft Tandem Skydive

Be spellbound by Franz Josef and Fox Glaciers as you fall from the sky from 10,000ft in the air. Experience the indescribable feeling of freefalling at 200km/h before the parachute is launched and you glide peacefully back to ground, surrounded by snow-clad mountains, lakes and glistening glaciers.

Elevate your heart rate as you dive off a plane from 10,000ft! After a safety briefing, you will board the aircraft for an exciting flight over the Southern Alps up to altitude. Once you've reached 10,000ft, you'll inch closer to the edge before leaping out of the plane with your instructor, freefalling from the sky at 200km/h for 30 seconds. The parachute will then be deployed and you'll float peacefully to the ground for a few minutes. Admire unparalleled views of temperate rainforest, shimmering toothy mountains, icy rivers, lakes and of course the dazzling Franz Josef and Fox Glaciers as you descend. It's a truly unique way to witness one of the most beautiful places on Earth. Under 12 year olds will be assessed on the day.
