Coldsmoker

This Cold Smoker can be fitted to any smoke box, shed, old fridge, hooked BBQ and of course our Universal Food Oven (UFO) cookers or smoke boxes. Simply fit the smoker to your smoke box, connect the included air pump to a power outlet, and fill the cold smoker with woodchips. Ignite the woodchips and in hours you will have a beautiful smokey flavour to your fish, meat, cheese, eggs, garlic or other food prouct. The UFO Cold Smoke Creator MUST be used with smoking CHIP not dust.
