Pinot Noir was the dominant variety in this Rosé blend, contributing lifted strawberry, cherry and Black Doris plum aromas. A delicately poised palate that balances a crisp clean mouthfeel with berry fruit, green apple and pear notes. A touch of sweetness perfectly complements the fine line of acidity that underpins this wine.

This wine is best served chilled and is a perfect ''snacking wine'' i.e.: quaff on the terrace with a platter of delicious savoury treats.
