Mt Difficulty Bannockburn Dry Riesling 2025 is golden straw in colour. Intense lemon and grapefruit zest on the nose, layered with wet slate minerality. Powerful mid-palate weight from egg fermentation with concentrated yellow citrus and a core of chalky texture. Finishes long and slatey. Built for food now or cellaring to reveal more depth.
