Barrel Aged 700ml

Inspired by the spectacular Cape Palliser on the southernmost tip of the North Island, Lighthouse Gin is one of New Zealand?s oldest craft gins. Distiller Rachel Hall spent four years perfecting this Barrel Aged Gin. With the same unique blend of nine botanicals as Lighthouse Original Gin, Rachel still handcrafts this gin with spring water that travels down from high in the Remutaka Ranges and emerges in a spring at the breathtaking Wharekauhau Country Estate in Palliser Bay. It is then aged in Pinot Noir barrels from Martinborough Vineyard.

The result is an aromatically fragrant gin with strong juniper and citrus notes. An underlying savoury character makes this one moreish gin best enjoyed on its own or as a classic Gin & Tonic. 45% ABV.
