Beatrix Sparkling Rose

From their origins in 1989 establishing both vineyard and winery, Alpha Domus located in the vicinity of the historic Bridge Pa Airfield was one of the first single vineyard producers in the renowned Bridge Pa Triangle Wine District of Hawkes Bay.

The whimsical brainchild of 3rd generation Beatrix Ham, Beatrix sparkling Rose is a personal passion project using grapes selected from the family estate. Merlot grapes were harvested early at optimal ripeness for sparkling wine. Only free run and light pressed juice was used, ensuing a perfect balance of freshness and weight.
