Trinity Hill Hawke's Bay Pinot Noir 2025
Winemaking: Hawke's Bay weather conditions of 2025, warm dry days and cooler nights, were conditions well suited towards early ripening red varieties such as Pinot Noir.
The ferments were gently plunged to extract a fine structure and produce a supple texture. After fermentation the wine was matured in tank to capture the variety’s beautiful perfume aromatics and retain freshness.
The Wine: Aromas and flavours of raspberries, black cherries and sweet spices combine on a palate with soft, velvety tannins and a juicy, succulent finish.
Complex forest-floor/earthy characters will develop with bottle age.
An excellent match with roast duck or lamb.
