Depicting the journey taken from the planting of a seed, to the harvesting that is done in our mara (garden), in our moana (ocean) and in our awa (rivers).
We see the process in many differing ways in Te Ao Maori including the conceiving, the birth and the growing of our tamariki mokopuna (future generations).
