Biodynamically grown fruit from Rippon’s mature, own-rooted vines is hand harvested, crushed underfoot and soaked on skins for up to two days. The Rippon Sauvignon Blanc then gains texture from unhurried, wild ferments and high lees-to-wine contact in tank and old oak barrels.
