A classic Central Otago Pinot Noir, showcasing big upfront fruit flavours and a firm, balanced tannin profile. Vibrant aromas of dark cherry, blackberry, cacao, and ripe plum with a trace of dried spices.  On the palate there is energy and vibrant balance that persists and carries the concentrated flavours to a prolonged, satisfying finish.

This Scott Base wine is outstanding with game dishes, and meats such as duck and lamb.
