HOW TO USE:
Ages 12+: Mix 1.5 Tbsp (11g) in 200mL of water. Stir well. For optimal results, take 15-30 minutes before your workout.

Beta-alanine 800mg
L-theanine 200mg
Additional ingredients: Beetroot Powder, Natural Flavours, Monkfruit Extract Stevia (RebA), Citric Acid.

CAUTIONS:
