Each tablet contains:

• Iron (from Iron Amino Acid Chelate 200 mg) 20 mg
• Vitamin C (as Ascorbic Acid From Calcium Ascorbate Dihydrate 20 mg) 16.52 mg
• Vitamin B6 (as Pyridoxine From Pyridoxine Hydrochloride 10 mg) 8.22 mg
• Betacarotene 1 mg
• Spirulina (Arthrospira Maxima) Cell Powder 200 mg

Allergen Information:

• No added lactose, gluten, yeast, egg or artificial flavours.

Directions:

Adult Dosage:

• One tablet daily, during or immediately after a meal, or as directed by a healthcare professional.

Storage:

• Store below 30 degrees Celsius. Do not use if cap seal is broken.
