2022 Pét Nat Six Pack

This pack contains six bottles of the 2022 Still Life Pét Nat, a naturally fermented sparkling Sauvignon Blanc from Marlborough. 

The fruit for this wine was sourced from BioGro certified organic vineyard no. 6243 in Marlborough. Made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc, the fruit was whole bunch pressed into stainless steel where it underwent a slow, cool initial ferment, before finishing its primary fermentation in bottle. Unfiltered and undisgorged, the wine is naturally cloudy with its original yeast lees. The result is an incredibly flavoursome, vibrant lemon-lime citrus bomb that's full of fruit flavour. Dry, saline and refreshing.

Made by Still Life Wines, who are in Marlborough producing hand-crafted, artisanal wines from BioGro certified organic vineyards. The wines are bright and fresh and great examples of organic wines from New Zealand.

Contains minimal sulphites. Vegan friendly.
