Orders & Delivery
- Existing orders placed before 25 August will still be processed and delivered.
- Tracking details will be sent to the email used when making the order.
- If you experience an issue with your order (late, missing or damaged),

Purchasing Wine & Merch
With the closure of the standalone Wine Store and Merchandise Store, you’ll find all your Airpoints shopping opportunities in the Airpoints Store.
- Wine: Airpoints members can continue to purchase wine at any time through the Airpoints Store. Shop Wine.
- Merchandise: Merchandise is currently unavailable until further notice.
- Other Rewards: Alongside wine, you can redeem your Airpoints for a wide range of lifestyle, travel, and technology products through the Airpoints Store.
Earn & Spend Airpoints
You can now earn and spend Airpoints for Wine & more across the Airpoints Store.
