The distinctive Tui is an elegant songbird, easily identified by the white tuft under it's chin (the poi). Tui make unique sounds and songs so are often heard before they're seen. They feed on the native flowers of flax, pohutukawa and kowhai.

Created by local artist Cathy Hansby, drawn freehand using a digital tablet and desktop. Her modern style captures the personality of our unique wildlife, with bold colour and subtle detail. Cathy's art supports NZ Forest & Bird with their conservation work. The Tui image features shades of olive green with highlights of blue and purple, with striking white poi under the chin. Each art print is printed to order, producing a high quality Giclee fine art print on smooth archival art paper. Giclee is one of the best reproduction methods available, using acid free paper and the latest archival inks. Prints have a lifespan over 100 years.
